There is no threat to peace more constant, dangerous and peculiarly human that the injustices committed daily in god's name.

Current Status: Semi-retired...again

Hmmm, not sure what happened to the last post. Must be in Jimmy Hoffa's blog. Okay here's the quick recap:

Pretty good weekend. We actually had some maintenance to do (very, very little, but still). The big news is that I'll be training on Crew Served Weapons. Sweet. Some of you might say that wanting to be a medic and being excited about large-caliber, rapid-fire instruments of american high-tech death are contradictory. In rebuttal I have only this to say: DUH! (or KUH! as they say in Germany and limited portions of LA County). Hey what do you want from me? Don't let the great personality, sense of humor and willingness to listen fool you: I'm still a guy (Stand Back! I have a penis and I'm not afraid to use it!). Machine guns and explosives are cool.

On a less pleasant note, it took me 4 hours to make the normally 90 minute commute back home on Sunday. My first mistake was driving into New Jersey. It went downhill from there.

I have some some pictures I've been meaning to post but I left them at work. Sorry, you'll have to wait a few more days.
